Positive: Host was great, and we had a lovely time. Everyone had their own room. Homely, spacious, and comfortable. Evertything we needed was supplied. Air conditioning helped with the heat.

Negative: Very minor thought - Would've been nice to have an easier way to make coffee than a Moka pot.
